But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own
(Matt 6:33-34)
The enemy of your soul wants to torment you with worry and fear of the future. This is a disruptive trap set by Satan himself. Do not waste your strength today, fighting to figure out tomorrow. Capture this day. If you take your eyes off today, you will grow weary from worry. Don’t you know by now that God holds all your tomorrows in His hands? He will never let you down. Today is God’s gift to you— open it and live it passionately for Him. God is asking you on this day to be where you are and give all you have right now. He wants you to stop worrying about your future and focus on your faith with Him. Let this day be one well lived.

“This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it (Ps 118:24).”
I pray you will take this day that the Lord has given you and live it to the fullest. May you not waste your time or your Fathers time by doing your own thing; instead, take this day and give it back to God. I pray you will be blind to the useless worries of the future. May you not worry about tomorrow but devote yourself only to the day right in front of you. May your efforts be multiplied, and may you be productive and efficient for the kingdom this very day.
