Daily Devotion – Break Through

“If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God (Due 28:1-2).”
It is your time to break free from mediocrity and break through to the life of abundant blessing and adventure. God has handed you the keys to unlock a life better than you could ever hope for, but God will not force you to live for Him. Obedience is a choice only you make. If you choose God’s will over your ways, He will bless your obedience by allowing you to prosper in everything you do that brings glory to Him. Your obedient life will release God’s blessings and favor not only on you but also on your family and many generations to follow.
Our King, our blessing!
“The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land he is giving you (Due 28:8).”
I pray you will experience the fullness of blessings from obedience to the Lord. I pray you will honour and fear Him as you make every decision, knowing that each choice you make has consequences. I pray you will always choose obedience, even when it is the hardest thing to do. May you be the one who paved the way for your children and grandchildren to live righteous lives, free from bondage and consequences of their parents’ sin. May you be holy and pure in everything you do and set an example to other believers of how a child of God is supposed to live. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
