Daily Devotion – The Trust Factor

Panapa Leuluai – Senior Pastor

“So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised
(Heb 10:35-36).”

God asks you on this day, “Whom do you trust?”
God is the author of your life, God is the giver of every breath you take. God wants you to surrender all fear to Him and trust Him. Remember, He holds in His mighty hand all of your tomorrows. They were laid out before you were born. Give up the fight in your own mind of trying to figure it all out. Don’t let your circumstances hold your heart hostage or cause you to lose your confidence in God. He is asking you today to answer this one question: “In whom do you place your trust?”
Our trustworthy King, who loves you!

“But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint (Isa 40:31).”

I pray you will put your trust fully in the One who knows everything and created everything, including you. May you trust that your heavenly Father knows what is best for you and that he will work everything out for your good. He is not going to tell everyone your secrets and insecurities, and He will not mock your fears. God is love, and He will protect you. I pray you will lay down whatever you are holding on to that is making you uneasy or ineffective. May you leave it at His feet.
